Good News to SIA Cabin Crew Wannabes!

So it has been announced that Singapore's premier airline will re-commence their recruitment exercise for new cabin crew! Those of you who have been eyeballing for this announcement, and who wannabe flying with this company, get out all the stops and start preparing yourself for the interviews! There's not much time and so much to prepare for! ;-)

Heard that they were also recalling ex-crew...

But if you are not an ex-crew, opportunities-are-a-calling! ;-)

Although the airline didn't have good results in the last quarter, it is eyeing the next several months and are anticipating an increase in pax traffic in view of early next year's Singapore Air Show, opening of the IRs, as well as later in the year YOG!

And, as they mentioned that it takes about 6 months to get a freshie up to mark and serving their pax, now is about the right time to start getting new flight attendants, cabin crew and flight stewards and stewardesses. Those hoping for a cadet-pilotship, too bad, they currently have more than 300 cadet pilots so they won't be taking any more anytime soon.

Things seems to be looking good for those of you who have always dreamed of wearing the kebaya and of course for the guys - the dark designer suit.

Good luck to those who have been called for interviews, and if you think you want an added advantage to prepare for the interviews, you know what you can do! ;-)
You'll need all the help you can get to get selected for the subsequent interviews and of course, finaly don that uniform!

Blue skies, always!
